My Story

My decision to become a leadership and mental performance coach was the culmination of a journey of self-introspection under the guidance of my coach. I had been an international banker for over 2 decades and this time around I wasn't finding an honest answer to the "what next?" question that had started coming up for me and in coaching, I found my calling.

My coaching style is built over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience working with reputed global banks across India and the Middle East and my personal experiences in my mountaineering journey.

In my years as a banker, I have built, managed and grown large businesses working with diverse, multi-cultural talent. My experience of working with over 40 nationalities has helped me gain a unique empathetic insight into the socio-cultural aspects that shape who we are. I have held leadership positions across business development & strategy, sales management, product development, operation and technology.  My mountaineering journeys teach me the importance of training, focus, resilience, mental fortitude, belief and surrender.

I have coached professionals from over 20 countries in Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America.

My sectorial coaching experience includes technology, media, manufacturing, professional services, and energy to name a few.

Helping senior female executives build their leadership presence and guiding entrepreneurs and start-up founders in their leadership journeys, is an area very close to my heart.

I am a Chartered Accountant from India and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. I believe in lifelong learning and I am currently doing my MSC in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College, London.
